Job Description

This Financial Accountant for a fast growth energy business (Part of a Group) is based in West London, Postcode: W6. The position is on a 12 month fixed contract basis and is quite broad and varied. You will report in to the Financial Controller and will have full ownership of the month end process. The close is 7 days. The remainder of your time will be: Assessing internal processes and key internal ad hoc projects focused on improving internal controls. In addition the Financial Accountant role will have project focuses. One key project will be maximising efficiency of the company's SAP ERP system. Strong prior experience with SAP system is key. You will ideally have Energy (Oil) experience to be successful in the fast paced broad role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally this Financial Accountant for a fast growth energy business (Part of a Group) is based in West London, Postcode: W6. You will need to be qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with solid month end experience, ability to improve processes and be from the Oil/Energy sector previously with SAP. The company strongly prefers an immediately available candidate who can commit for 12 months for the entirety of the FTC.
