Job Description

The role I am looking to recruit for is an exciting role within our Customer Care team. This is a vital role to our business as you are essentially the face of our company with the responsibility of meeting the customers’ needs at the very first point of contact as they are potentially just starting their journey of purchasing their new kitchen.

Main Responsibilities -

  • Designing and Checking kitchen plans daily
  • Dealing with Technical Queries on the phone
  • Helping with Customer plan queries
  • Dealing with complaints and product information

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong interpersonal and sociable skills, an effective communicator with an eye for detail. Smart appearance with a can-do attitude. Attention to detail. Problem solving, alternative offerings, price comparisons etc. Good people skills. Organized due to some scheduled phone calls. Previous sales or planning/design experience. Availability to work days/evenings/weekends. Self-motivated. Customer-focused and prepared to work in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment.
