Job Description

Working Hours – 8am – 6pm (flexible) Monday to Friday
Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Processing Grants and Levys for Employers
  • Resolve queries through inbound calls, emails and web chats, escalate or referring to an alternative team when necessary
  • Distribute information and when required, work to the other team members or groups.
  • Identify and suggest areas of improvement.
  • Maintain and update information held on a data base or manually.
  • Support line management on any additional admin when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Attention to detail - accuracy is key in this role, whilst processing customer information. Pro-active – ability to manage your own time whilst being aware of performance targets. IT Wiz – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), emailing, web chats. Team Player – Able to work well as part of a collaborative team. Think on your feet – There will always be things that will come up that will be new to you.
