Job Description
Working Hours – 8am – 6pm (flexible) Monday to Friday Day to Day Responsibilities:
Processing Grants and Levys for Employers
Resolve queries through inbound calls, emails and web chats, escalate or referring to an alternative team when necessary
Distribute information and when required, work to the other team members or groups.
Identify and suggest areas of improvement.
Maintain and update information held on a data base or manually.
Support line management on any additional admin when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Attention to detail - accuracy is key in this role, whilst processing customer information. Pro-active – ability to manage your own time whilst being aware of performance targets. IT Wiz – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), emailing, web chats. Team Player – Able to work well as part of a collaborative team. Think on your feet – There will always be things that will come up that will be new to you.
