Job Description
The main responsibility of the job is to liaise directly with customers and provide excellent customer service, from booking service and repair appointments through to regular updates on customer vehicles and excellent after sales care.
Record all interactions from customers and manage escalations effectively and promptly.
Dealing with customer queries.
Provide support for the Department and overseeing all customer communication
Check invoices and forward for payment.
Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and all communication to the workshop is correctly recorded.
Hours + Pay
Monday – Friday 08:00- 17:00
Alternate Saturdays 08:30 – 12:30
£9.50 per hour basic, overtime available.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Organized. Microsoft Office experience (medium level). Great Communicator. Ability to ‘think on their feet’ and react quickly to customer/Dealer enquiries.
