Managing AP and AR functions, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions and the entire month end process
Managing and mentoring the finance team
Maintaining and improving the accuracy of data
Having a hands-on approach with posting journals, accruals and prepayments
Dealing with P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and management reporting
Willingness to take ownership of budgets, forecasting and working with stakeholders
Remaining forward thinking and suggesting improvements to processes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be fully or mostly qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA and ideally have at least 2/3 years experience working as an Assistant/Management Accountant, as well as exposure to managing a team.
