Job Description

The Assistant Finance Manager will sit in a team of four people in Finance and will have a dotted line of report to the Managing Director. Responsibilities will include:

a. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial accounting to perform month/year end closing(Using SAP).
b. Deal with auditor for statutory account audit every year.
c. Tax return related job including corporate tax and VAT(With support of our tax consultant)
d. Deal with tax inspection(With support of our tax consultant)
e. Preparing Transfer Pricing Document (With support of our tax
consultant)
f. To implement and operate management accounting as a controller
g. Reporting to HQ related to all above tasks
h. Other finance, accounting and taxation issues if company require you to do so

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The Assistant Finance Manager will be a qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience accountant with several years of experience under their belt. They will have strong knowledge and experience of statutory accounts and tax. Above all, the Assistant Finance Manager will have a strong work ethic and an approachable nature.
