Job Description

The role will involve:

  • Preparing the VAT returns
  • Raising Quarterly Rent and Service Charge invoices to Tenants
  • Raising Ad Hoc recharges to Tenants i.e. Utilities, Repair, Insurance
  • Assisting with collection of Tenant arrears
  • Raising periodic demands and processing receipts
  • Answering leaseholders' queries
  • Uploading invoices for the payment run, and getting those approved for payment
  • Processing purchase ledger Invoices & paying contractors
  • Reviewing expenses, investigating variances & posting corrections
  • Calculating & posting prepayments & accruals

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous block management experience Experience with VAT Returns Accounting principles knowledge
