Job Description

There is a lot of scope for development within this role and your primary responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

• Reporting to the CFO
• Fund financial reporting
• Reviewing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow prepared by the fund administrators
• Review and input into investor reporting for fund entities
• Implementing risk management processes including; liquidity, foreign exchange and interest rates for funds and portfolio companies
• Maintaining variance to budget analysis and cash flow forecasts
• Assisting with portfolio company administration as well as the valuation process for portfolio companies
• Co-ordinating the preparation of material for board and other meetings

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist Minimum 1 year post qualifying experience Preferably a 2:1 or better in accounting, finance, maths or other numbers-driven university degree 2:1 or 1:1 from a Redbrick / Russell Group University Private Equity / Financial Services / Asset Management background
