Working Hours:
Shifts between 8-6pm Monday to Friday

Up to 12 weeks work
Due to the length of the campaign - you must commit to the role - no leave outside standard Christmas B/Hols. No leave at all during the first 2 x weeks of initial training as no opportunity to re-train
Hourly Pay:
£9.01 an hour.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for candidates with proven customer service/contact centre experience, computer literate, excellent communication skills, confident, resilient, who will be working on telephones/ computer systems and managing customer enquires through various customer contact channels.
