The principle area of responsibility is to analyze, provide data and insight to an exceptional level to support issue resolution and continuous improvement.
This is a part time temporary role (20 hours per week over 5 days)
Main Duties:
Analyzing information and interpreting data
Supporting the Customer Service Manager and the Team with any reporting requirements
Providing meaningful data to support monthly customer/client meetings
Ensure customer portals, order entry and order tracking /management systems are aligned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of using Crystal Reporting. Advanced Excel skills. Experience of using Power Query. Excellent communication skills. Highly numerate. Problem solving and analytical skills.
