We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to help us design the future of sports betting, including a fully native iOS app from day 1.

For you, design doesn’t just mean sitting behind a desk producing outstanding visuals and user journeys (although you’ll be doing that regularly) it means acting as a leader and mentor to the rest of the design and product teams across GSTP.

You’re able to facilitate effective large scale workshops with the partners right up to Director level, use your design skills to produce beautiful visuals and bring our customers to life through interpreting research, reading the market and anticipating (and being one step ahead) of our customers next moves.

Your behaviors:

You're an outstanding communicator, presenter and partner manager. You're able to build forward-thinking relationships with researchers, designers and UX architects, product managers and the wider team. You’re also a ‘force to be reckoned with’ – a domain specialist whose opinion is respected because of your depth of skills and expertise.

You're an ambitious designer of online and mobile products. You can easily switch not just between mobile and desktop but also between iOS and Android and all the variants in between. You have an in depth understanding of the nuances of each format and will use this to bring beautiful and impactful customer experiences to life.

You can organize, facilitate and lead regular innovation sessions, product reviews, and design sprints. You keep up to date with the latest industry trends and share this with internal communities, using your presentation skills and partner network that you will create.

You have worked in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchal culture. You thrive in a fast-paced, results driven organization.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You’re someone who can spot opportunity in the detail and who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo – you’ll obsess about the customer at all times and won’t have any problem challenging other senior leaders where you think we aren’t doing what’s right for them. We’ll expect you to look inside and outside the market place for market opportunities in key areas like navigation, feature set and more.Expertise in web design, mobile design and the nuances of different formats. You’ll utilize outstanding skills in prototyping software, Adobe CC and more. Extensive knowledge of how to direct user researchers in planning, facilitating and analyzing field research, e.g. diary studies, contextual interviews and interpreting the results into forward-thinking experiences. Acting as a peer with Senior Product Managers and Heads of Product in steering our product towards excellence. You’ll challenge where needed and roadmaps will change because of your influence. An obsession for the finer detail, constantly striving for perfection. An inspirational character, acting as a beacon of expertise and design insight across 3 GSTP tribes.
