Job Description

We're looking for the friendliest, most amazing people who can deliver our signature brand of top quality service to our wonderful customers in and around Harrogate.

Working with our team based in Harrogate Bus Station, you'll be helping to look after our customers on our award winning buses.

Some of the duties include

• Delivering exceptional face to face customer service in the customer service shop and mobile customer service desk.
• Providing customer support for bus times, tickets and information.
• Dealing with customer queries through emails, website and telephone calls.
• Selling travel passes, tickets and managing lost property.
• Some duties, including working outside on Harrogate Bus Station.
