This role oversees and creates the design of new and improved Digital Customer Experiences which support our Digital Roadmap and the delivery of the Society's Digital Strategy. You will be responsible for setting the vision and direction of user experience projects, communicating clear goals and ensuring delivery is carried out in accordance with the specification and experience Principles.
