Job Description

The core duties of the role are:

• Oversee planning and execution of day-to-day operations of your developments
• Oversee financials such as budgets and accounts, and present relevant reports to clients
• Conducting regular site inspections and overseeing maintenance issues
• Ensuring you maintain communication with key stakeholders where required through AGM’s and other avenues

My client is well established and offer significant training paths into senior management; they favour internal progression and this can be seen through their current senior team leaders. This position will suit a team player who is also looking to step into a management capacity and nurture more junior members of the team. Full support on qualifications and training will be provided, including the APC if it’s of interest. 

Salary £32,000-£40,000pa
