Develop client relationships, maximizing opportunities to grow sales at a site level on an ongoing basis
Ensure effective stock monitoring and management through to delivery – coordinating transport requirements
Liaise with marketing to produce weekly promotional content
Ensure effective working relationships with other areas of the business to develop and implement efficient client set up process
Review internal and external processes, in order to drive continuous improvement and initiate change as and when required involving all key stakeholders
Liaise with all partner organizations through a variety of communication methods such as telephone and email
Provide advice and guidance to members in relation to their purchases through confident and clear available product knowledge
Work collaboratively within the team to understand and recognise stock on offer and the ability to match this successfully with client requirements
Distribute relevant bulk stock lists to all key stakeholders both internally and externally
Order stock into the business and complete a set up process for any new suppliers or stock where required
Improve and maintain customer experience
Build a portfolio of success stories that can support communication channels

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As the Commercial Administrator you will naturally build rapport and develop relationships. You will be confident, approachable with the ability to influence others at all levels. Experience in a similar role is ideal – this may be in a sales or service administration role within the commercial team. Think outside the box – problem solving - be creative. Attention to detail – organized and methodical. Driven, passionate and adaptable to change. Excellent communicator. Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
