Daily Banking
Cash, Cheque & Payment allocations
Banking Cheques
Daily Bank Reconciliations
Monthly Invoicing
Resolving account queries
Management of Cash flow records
Accounts calls/management
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Invoice processing
Processing expense requests
Credit control
Cash book maintenance
Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
Raising sales invoices
Liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Other ad hoc admin duties
Up to £23k
Working Hours 9-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break
25 Days Annual Leave
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Competence in Microsoft Office products (including Excel). Desirable: Sage 50 Software and/or Google sheets Proactive Positive, Logical approach to duties Excellent communication skills
