Business partner key stakeholders within operational functions to deliver financial clarity and drive change across the business. Regularly dealing with the Board of Directors, Senior Management, Operational & Department Heads.
Preparation of monthly commercial finance reports. Reflecting upon these with senior management, influencing decision making where required.
Analysis of large volumes of financial and operational data.
Partnering with Operations, Sales & Marketing divisions. Rolling budgeting & forecasting to ensure these departments meet expectations.
Providing valuable input to long-term financial projections.
Regularly evaluating the impact of KPI's and tweaking where required, in order to drive performance.
Analysis of trends, weaknesses and opportunities for improvements. Escalating this information to the FD and implementing changes to reflect.
Supporting departmental projects from a financial perspective. Providing valuable input to guide decision making and profitability.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified accountant status (essential) with a preference for ACA applicants. 2+ years post-qualification experience in industry (essential) Prior experience in an audit or business partnering accountancy position. Dynamic, driven and progression-minded. Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
