The Application Support Analyst role ensures the maintenance of Yorkshire Water's application services are based upon customer centric principles and maintain / enhance the customer experience.
On a day to day basis the role will demand you take ownership of incidents from conception to resolution, increase the call resolution at second and third fix and ensure that the service knowledge base is kept up to date with known resolutions.
Working in the Support Team you will ensure the Application Services are operating within agreed Service Level Agreements, recover failed application services in a controlled manner and provide support to other members of the Support Team
You will have some SQL skills, analytical and good problem solving skills. Strength in leadership is advantageous.
