Job Description

• Manage a team of 4 within customer service, ensuring all enquiries are effectively managed and order processing remains accurate and in line with SLA's
• Drive productivity across the customer service team, taking corrective action where needed around under performance
• Take ownership of any escalated customer issues
• Work closely with production team to understand progress of orders, any expected delays and highlight any customer feedback around quality
• Ensure orders that are processed are in line with expected invoices
• Work with GM to drive companywide expectations
• Create a customer focused culture across the business
• Operationally be a part of the customer service team where required
