Manage a team of 4 within customer service, ensuring all enquiries are effectively managed and order processing remains accurate and in line with SLA's
Drive productivity across the customer service team, taking corrective action where needed around under performance
Take ownership of any escalated customer issues
Work closely with production team to understand progress of orders, any expected delays and highlight any customer feedback around quality
Ensure orders that are processed are in line with expected invoices
Work with GM to drive companywide expectations
Create a customer focused culture across the business
Operationally be a part of the customer service team where required
