Job Description

The Finance Manager loves mentoring and watching their staffs career grow. The successful candidate will ideally be studying towards their AAT (or equivalent) and looking for their first step into a career in Accounting. Ideally you will have some work experience this can be from evenings/ weekends in warehousing/ retail/ hospitality for this role we just need someone who is passionate about a career in Accounting and Finance as full training will be provided you just need to have a can do attitude.

Accounts Administrator

• Purchase ledger
• Sales ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Assisting to chase overdue invoices
• Credit checking new suppliers
• Matching batching and coding invoices
• Month end processes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Studying towards an AAT (or equivalent) The successful candidate will some work experience (this does not have to be office-based experience) Good communicator Able to work on your own initiative A willingness to learn A can-do attitude As this is a new role it is likely to start part time and progress to full time after 3-6 months
