Job Description

One of the key projects you will lead on initially will be the task of bringing in-house all currently out-sourced financial services including payroll, VAT and Year end process. As the Financial Controller you will work with external accountancy firms to manage this transition.

You will have management responsibility for an ambitious finance assistant who you will continue to support, mentor and develop in this role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Ideally this role is suited to a commercially strong and ambitious Financial Controller/ Finance Manager who has aspirations to develop into a No1 Finance Director role within the firm Previous experience working within an entrepreneurial, high growth SME business is desirable Confident communication skills, able to challenge and be challenged by senior stakeholders
