Job Description

• Oversight of fund administrator. Point of contact and review for fund accounting, capital calls, quarterly investor reporting etc prior to LP receipt
• Investor report preparation, investment valuations
• Yearly audit management between fund administrator, auditors and internal team
• LP tax reporting in conjunction with a 3rd party tax advisor.
• Ongoing accounting and reporting for the manager/advisor/GPs to include;
  • Monthly/quarterly FCA reporting
  • Internal management reporting requirements incl. banking, cashflow, budgeting & forecasting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification Prior experience at a private equity or venture capital fund manager Experience in system and process implementation Strong understanding of FCA returns and deliverables Business acumen & proactive mind-set High-energy team player
