Due to an ever increasing work load my client is keen to grow its finance team by adding an additional Assistant Management Accountant. It's a great opportunity for a candidate who is already at an Assistant Accountant level and looking to move to a business that is able to offer a structured career path for future growth as well as the opportunity to work for a stable and growing organisation. Tasks will include assisting and supporting in the preparation of management accounts including journals and bank & balance sheet reconciliations, monthly reporting on variances including KPI analysis, assisting with year-end, forecasting and working with the wider business in a commercial aspect to assist the making of key business decisions from a financial point of view.

To be considered for the role its essential that you are career motivated and actively studying for either the ACCA or CIMA qualification - the business will provide full study support in order for you to become qualified. It's essential that you have at least 18 months experience of working in a busy finance function. Due to the role nature, this role best be suited to a candidate who is confident and happy to be working with none finance staff as this role has a large element of interacting with the business out side of the finance function.
