Job Description

We’re looking for customer-focused assistants to help at our Leeds baking school where you’ll help provide a great customer experience for attendees.

All you will need is to be hard-working, polite and have a warm and friendly personality. We’ll then teach you the rest!

As one of our customer service assistants, you will be expected to:

• Provide a high level of customer service through any interactions
• Welcome attendees and assist with any requirements
• Follow procedures and guidelines
• Keep sessions clean and tidy
• Preparation of next sessions
• Work as part of a team

Our new baking school is in Leeds and is expected to eventually host sessions 7 days a week, which will mainly be on evenings and the weekend. This means the role may require you to work shift patterns.

Due to the high number of applications expected, we’re asking for a minimum of 1 years of retail experience.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends

All our team are expected to support the safe implementation of Covid safe measures, which include social distancing, sanitation, disinfecting and cleaning.

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
