What will you be trained on?

  • Outbound calls to customers that have sent a box, informing them of, and discussing the appraisal price for the box.
  • Providing a friendly and personal service to customers regardless of the value of their box.
  • Objection handling, alleviating any customer concerns and queries.
  • Product knowledge: learn more about the types of vintage items we buy.
  • Working to meet a target rate of calls, and successful outcomes

What are the contract details and benefits?

The salary for this full-time role will be £18,000 to £21,000 dependent on experience.

Over a 5-day work week, you will work 37.5 paid hours.

There may at times be opportunities for overtime.

The probation period is 3 months.
