Job Description
If you are applying for a Technical Due Diligence role, your typical work may include:
Advising on the technical and operational issues
Responsible for reviewing reports, specifications and drawings to understand key technical and operational risks, with support from senior colleagues
Review technical inputs into business plans such as operating and capital costs and operational inputs
Support the team to co-ordinate and produce discrete sections of technical due diligence reports from a diverse team
Responsible for construction and operations monitoring of projects
Support the project teams in preparing presentations on project findings and conclusions
Business development support – writing and managing proposals, and keeping abreast of potential opportunities
If you are applying for an Economics role, your typical work may include:
Conduct research of sector/market and regulatory frameworks
Develop energy market models
Support the team to produce commercial/market due diligence reports from a diverse range of sectors
Support the project teams in preparing presentations on project findings and conclusions
Business development support – writing and managing proposals, and keeping abreast of potential opportunities
If you are applying for a Corporate Finance role, your typical work may include:
Development of financial models to support analysis for project finance transactions, infrastructure M&As and business cases
Supporting the development, analysis and optimisation of financial and commercial structures on transactions
Lead advisory process support for transactions including supporting the management of other advisors and interfacing with key stakeholders
Support the project teams in preparing presentations on project findings and conclusions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• A Bachelor's degree (or higher level) in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Economics or Finance discipline, or similar. • Adaptability, versatility and the motivation to apply your skills to a range of projects and service areas. • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications. • Excellent planning and organisational skills. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally. • Great reasoning and analytical skills. • Demonstrate initiative and a creative approach to problem solving. • The aptitude to work on your own initiative. • Recognise the importance of client care and your role in contributing towards it. • Ambition to further your professional development and work towards achieving Chartership, where applicable.
