Job Description

The Property Buying Company purchases property throughout the UK. Specializing in quick sales, we exchange keys for cash, working to any timescale that may be required.

There are many reasons people may need to sell their house quickly, and the purpose of the organization is to offer a service that can achieve this for them in an upfront and honest way.

We aim to break down any preconceptions of house buying companies to deliver a service that is unparalleled in the industry.

As Sales Support Executive you will be responsible for assisting the sales teams in processing their deal contracts ensuring their vendors are provided with the information and support they require to successfully sell their property to The Property Buying Company.

As Sales Support Executive, you will be tasked with conducting welcome calls to customers where you will introduce yourself to the vendor and give them an overview of the next stage of our purchase process.

You will be the first point of contact for our vendors to help them with any queries about the process. You will be required to provide them with the highest levels of customer service whilst being conscious of our vendors and the companies purchase timescale requirements.

A major part of the role will be to help vendors with their client care documents. You will be required to chase up our vendors to make sure they have received the client care pack and also assist them with any queries in relation to the pack to ensure successful completion and return of the pack to their nominated solicitor in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the vendor sends all relevant certified Identification to their nominated solicitors so they can pass AML and identity checks.

The role will also involve administrative work for our sales teams and to provide other support as directed by your line manager.

  • Conduct Welcome Calls with Vendors
  • Chase Client Care Pack have been issues
  • Help vendors fill out their client care documentation
  • Help with ID verification
  • Chase the return of Client Care documentation to solicitors
  • Provide Customer Support to Vendors
  • Help with sales team administration

Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to priorities tasks and remain calm under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills. Computer literate. Proactive. High levels of customer service. Essential: Customer Service Experience. Desired: Property Industry Experience.
