Job Description
  • Telephone Sales Coordination and process of quotation information
  • All aspects of customer support
  • Order coordination with – outside sales, service, manufacturing, QC, scheduling and shipping
  • Coordination of shipping.
  • Follow up regarding order process, order shipping, order invoicing and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Customer Service Manager as required and assume duties in absence of Customer Service Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
