Job Description
- Telephone Sales Coordination and process of quotation information
- All aspects of customer support
- Order coordination with – outside sales, service, manufacturing, QC, scheduling and shipping
- Coordination of shipping.
- Follow up regarding order process, order shipping, order invoicing and customer satisfaction.
- Assist Customer Service Manager as required and assume duties in absence of Customer Service Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
