Job Description

You will also complete the Institute of Leadership and Management’s Level 2 Award in Team Leading as an introduction to the world of management and we will support your progress towards full CIOB membership.

Skills & Experience

Candidates will have graduated in 2020 or be graduating in 2021 and have gained or be predicted to gain at least a 2.1 in a construction related degree such as Construction Management. A CIOB approved degree course would be an advantage.

Successful candidates will have achieved high academic standards as well as being able to demonstrate a passion and commitment for a career in the construction industry. We will be looking for evidence of leadership skills, ability to work in a team, and a commitment to excellence.
