My client is a UK leading corporate business with modern city Centre offices. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team in Leeds City Centre on a 6 Month FTC with the potential to go permanent. The ideal candidate must be available to start work immediately!
The purpose of the role is to ensure information for the companies multi-million-pound clients are accurately updated, changed and new contracts are sent where appropriate.
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:
· Updating and informing customers via letter/emails
· Managing the accounts through the disconnections process
· Managing both internal and external customers when booking external engineers
· Ensuring all paperwork/letters are managed on a weekly basis
· Managing all invoices from customers’ accounts
· Ensure the customer account and database is kept up to date with relevant information
