Job Description

Working in this is a key telephone-based sales role, responsible for identifying, contacting and meeting the needs of potential new customers, ensuring our quotations and service match their expectations and our reputation. Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, we’ll also expect you to actively look for and convert any opportunities for up-selling, as well as maintaining regular contact with existing customers to fulfil ongoing requirements.

Hours of Work / Pay

  • 8.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Be able to inspire confidence and trust from your first point of contact and be of smart appearance upholding our company image. Have a professional approach to all aspects of themselves and always have a positive attitude. Have the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with customers, whilst planning and prioritizing a busy workload. Have experience of customer relations and or business development and be comfortable dealing with budget holders and decision makers. Demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels towards both customers and colleagues. Sage 50 Experience advantageous but not essential.
