Job Description

We're looking for the friendliest, most amazing people who can deliver our signature brand of top quality service to our wonderful customers and colleagues in and around Harrogate.

Working with our team based in Starbeck, you'll be helping to look after our customers on our award winning buses.

Some of the duties include

  • Maintaining a punctuality and reliable bus service through North and West Yorkshire
  • Ensuring we remain compliant with the terms and conditions of our operators license
  • Ensure we maintain excellent customer service
  • Cash reconciliation
  • Managing CCTV
  • Carrying out Investigations
  • Completing audits
  • Effective and regular communication with the General Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Engineering team
  • Making sure run out, runs as smoothly as possible
  • Managing absences and holidays

Experience:

  • ICT: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bus Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Experience: 2 years (Required)

License:

  • Bus (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to be a strong team leader, able to lead from the front, be confident in your own decisions and be able to challenge 'the norm', you must have excellent customer service skills to our customers and colleagues of over 150 drivers.
