Assistant Accountant
Temporary,Part -time
Job Description

Accounts duties will include:

  • Process sales invoices and follow up on current debtors.
  • Process purchase orders - both on paper side and with sage.
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Reporting on supplier payment needs
  • Processing Payroll on to Sage (monthly)
  • VAT, EC sales processing
  • Monitoring cash flow
  • Operating 2 Sage accounts

HR duties will include:

  • Short term contracts and job descriptions
  • Ensuring that new staff receive correct documentation and policy handbooks etc.
  • Any other HR admin as required
