Job Description

Our Trading Customer Service Team offer dedicated and organized support to our Traders, Retail shops and online platforms. We analyze and input huge amounts of data relating to all types of sporting events (and the other weird and wonderful things people bet on) so it’s vital that we work quickly and accurately to give customers our full range of betting opportunities and offers.

There’s more to this than just data processing though – you’ll get to know your colleagues in teams across the UK, Gibraltar and Manila. We’re a truly international business, and this role is a great starting point for dedicated, professional people who want to build a career in our company.

We offer comprehensive training in the role and strong support network as part of our dedicated team. It’d be great if you’re a sports fan already, and if you’ve placed a bet or two in the past, that will really help you get to grips with the role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Quick and accurate data entry skills - strong attention to detail and the ability to make decisions based on data analysis. Good IT skills and the aptitude to learn, follow processes, and understand the implications of incorrect data use. Able to work independently and with confidence, but still a strong team player. A flexible approach to your working patterns, our team work 7am – 11pm on rotating shifts, based on the sporting events calendar.
