This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a busy office environment supported by a close knit working team. We are not your typical "call centre", there are approximately 25 staff working across a variety of shift patterns.
You will be working on behalf of a dedicated client dealing with complaints/queries so you need to patient, calm. and able to show empathy..
The typical hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, however flexibility is essential if needed.
