Job Description

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Contact clients to obtain payroll data. Run monthly & weekly payroll, send payslips and reports to the clients and advise on ad-hoc HR/payroll queries
  • Contact clients to obtain monthly CIS subcontractor payments. Run the CIS300 and send deduction statements and payment reports to the client. Verify sub-contractors online
  • VAT bookkeeping in Excel from source documents
  • General administration, letter writing, liaising with HMRC and archiving
  • Weekly college day release to Oaklands St Albans Campus

Desired qualifications

A minimum of GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English.

Level 2 AAT (or equivalent) is desired but not essential.
