Job Description
  • Answering customer queries using ZenDesk software (experience preferred)
  • Using our Khaos and Magento systems to lookup customer orders, find and solve problems, issue refunds and replacements
  • Look-up parcel tracking information with our carriers and resolve parcel problems with their customer service teams
  • Use Slack messaging system to ask questions of / and share information with colleagues
  • Receive and give remote training on systems / problems etc.
  • Doing all of the above from home on a rotational basis

More experienced / capable applicants might be asked to

  • Collate reports
  • Liaise with warehouse team regarding problem products
  • Train and guide employees

Atmosphere is fun and relaxed, but hardworking. Once trained up you'll mostly be working from home so must be able to handle working on your own initiative and be comfortable using the tools we provide to get the help you need.

Typically we would like you to be available between 9 and 5 Mon - Fri but we can be flexible and being able to work some evenings and weekends is definitely appealing.

3 month contracts to end of 2020 available now.

Opportunities for contract extensions / permanent work for the best candidates will be available and we certainly expect to permanently retain at least one full-time employee.
