You will liaise closely with the external accountants however the MD is very much happy to give you complete autonomy with no micro-managing - but support is always there if needed.

I have been asked to interview bookkeepers who can demonstrate experience in both month-end & transactional accounting with knowledge of Sage and/or Xero being a huge advantage.
