This person will provide Mediation support to include all administration relating to Mediation. This will be together with telephonist and reception duties and have excellent communication and telephone skills. They will have the ability to priorities and work to deadlines alongside good general IT skills. Must be proficient at Audio typing.
A high level of accuracy is required when taking notes, creating memos and reporting information to management or directors.
