Construction Manager Position Overview

• Working for a Main Contractor in Leeds
• Focusing in the PRS sector, on residential schemes, between £10 million and £40 million in value
• Reporting to the Managing Director
• Responsible for overseeing multiple sites at any one time
• Based from the head office in Leeds with site visits across the region

Construction Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: £55k - £75k- DOE (potentially more for the right individual)
• Holiday: 28 days plus BH
• Pension
• Mileage allowance
• ASAP start (option to delay for a notice period if required)
• Strong pipeline of work in place
• Chance to progress into a director level role
• Guidance and support from an experienced MD

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must have prior experience in Construction Manager / Contracts Managers role Knowledge of Residential projects is essential Must have good tenure and be looking for a long term role Full driving licence Living within commuting distance of Leeds Further requirements can be discussed
