Job Description

We need graduates of the highest calibre to become our future leaders. In exchange for your hard work and commitment, we will support you with a top quality graduate training programme to ensure you build a construction career with strong foundations.

The Role

Starting in September 2021, you will be recruited as a Site Management Graduate, and will complete a structured 6 week induction to the business before focussing on your role. During the two years of the programme you will work mainly on our sites learning the art and science of site management, but also spend 6 week placements in broader business departments (commercial, technical and business development) to gain an insight into the wider business. In addition you will attend graduate programme days at our head office in Tamworth and around the business. You will also complete the Institute of Leadership and Management’s Level 2 Award in Team Leading as an introduction to the world of management and we will support your progress towards full CIOB membership.

Skills & Experience

Candidates will have graduated in 2020 or be graduating in 2021 and have gained or be predicted to gain at least a 2.1 in a construction related degree such as Construction Management. A CIOB approved degree course would be an advantage.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Successful candidates will have achieved high academic standards as well as being able to demonstrate a passion and commitment for a career in the construction industry. We will be looking for evidence of leadership skills, ability to work in a team, and a commitment to excellence. Knowledge of or interest in the affordable housing sector; Experience within an office / site / construction environment;
