We are proud to be working with a leading, hugely successful and forward-thinking business in Bradford. They are looking to recruit a full time Customer Service Advisers for their modern, open planned Head Office in Bradford. This role will be training at Head Office initially and will then be a home based role, successful candidates must live within the local area.

Customer Service Advisers handle incoming queries and issues from customers, whilst building strong relationships and rapport to ensure a high level of service.
This role is extremely varied as once trained, advisers liaise with customers via telephone and email. This is a fast paced, busy environment so organizational skills and the ability to multi task is essential.
Hours 37.5 each week
Working 5 out of 7 days between the hours of 8am-8pm (8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm/ 12pm - 8pm). Training is two weeks at Head Office in Bradford 5pm - 10pm Monday to Friday after which the role is working from home.
Salary: £8.72 per hour rising to £9.68 after 12 weeks
