This accountancy role, is for a sports retail company who are expanding their team, and growing internationally. They are looking for a German speaking to specifically communicate with the German office and improve business.

They key responsibilities for this Assistant Accountant (German speaking) role are:

• Fluent German
• Accounts payable - coding and paying invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Cash reconciliations
• VAT returns
• Monthly journals
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Fixed assets
• Accruals and prepayments
• Assisting with quarterly end reports
• Ad-hoc accountancy tasks

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this role will have had experience within a German speaking role previously, ideally in their last role.

Candidates applying to this position will need to be immediately available or on a 1 week notice period and will be able to commute into central London.
