Hours will be Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm (40 hours). There is also a requirement to provide weekend, bank holiday and late cover to 9pm on a rota basis.

You will need to have excellent IT skills, a brilliant telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management.
