Job Description

We’re looking for an Assistant Account Manager to join our Commercial Team looking after our Rest of World markets. You’ll be working on the total Global Brands portfolio, managing your own international customers, both owned retail and franchises business, exciting them about the possibilities to develop brands such as No7, Soap & Glory and Boots Soltan in their markets.We are searching for someone with a passion for the Health & Beauty Industry, who could already be working with international customers.
As an Assistant Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management and tracking of the commercial plan with your customers. Your aim is to maximise commercial value through excellence in execution and ongoing analysis of the plan to improve commercial return.

You will provide analysis of your customers, sharing recommendations and agreeing commercial initiatives to realise your targets. You will work closely with our partners to deliver the best possible plan for our brands. You will develop and demonstrate good negotiation and selling skills, and an ability to build great relationships with your customers.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Work with the Account Manager on setting commercial and brand plans. Own the customer plan: day to day management and tracking to deliver the account financial targets
  • Maximise commercial value: excellence in execution and ongoing analysis of the plan to improve commercial return.
  • Own the commercial KPIs to deliver great service to our customers and recommend action where required.
  • Provide key information and analysis and insight to help develop commercial strategy and implement strategic choices through prioritisation of activity.
  • Ensure our commercial plans are consistent with brand equity and brand visual identity.
  • Be integral to the delivery of your projects and initiatives on time, in full and within budget.
