Job Description
Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturing and distribution retailer in Rotherham, who have a wide reach with offices based throughout the UK.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday 11.30 to 8pm
- Paying £9.00 per hour.
- Increasing to £9.30 once passed 13 week temp to perm.
Duties:
- Liaising with couriers and customers regarding deliveries.
- Arranging to send samples to customers.
- Taking telephone orders.
- Handling complaints.
- Administration of orders on the system.
- Any other duties asked by the manager.

Experience:
- Collection Advice: 1 year (Required)
- customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Dealing with Queries: 1 year (Required)
License:
- Driving License (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computer Literate. Complaint handling experience. Strong verbal and written skills. Call Centre Experience.
