Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturing and distribution retailer in Rotherham, who have a wide reach with offices based throughout the UK.

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday 11.30 to 8pm
• Paying £9.00 per hour.
• Increasing to £9.30 once passed 13 week temp to perm.

Duties:

• Liaising with couriers and customers regarding deliveries.
• Arranging to send samples to customers.
• Taking telephone orders.
• Handling complaints.
• Administration of orders on the system.
• Any other duties asked by the manager.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Collection Advice: 1 year (Required)
• customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Dealing with Queries: 1 year (Required)

License:

• Driving License (Preferred)
