Job Description
Providing tailored information and advice to target audiences on a nationwide public campaign.
Delivering key messages and background information in an engaging and enthusiastic way.
Answering questions or addressing concerns raised by the target audience and members of the public.
Being a source of information and advice whilst also directing people to where more information is available online.
Capturing data from engagements undertaken on the tablets/laptops provided.
Daily beginning and end-of-day reporting.
Pay: Earning potential £21K - £25K salary equivalent (pro rata) depending on roles and hours (subject to shift availability. Travel and expenses are available.
This is an exciting and topical campaign to be a part of and we are looking for individuals who are eager to work in a public facing role.
If you speak a second language, please highlight this upon application. As we are also look for multi-lingual staff to support on this campaign in specific roles. Polish & Romanian speakers are highly desirable.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proactive and engaging attitude. Able to articulate complex key messaging in clear, simple terms. 2 years’ work experience essential and further experience in a consumer-facing role is desired. Good availability (Ideally, 4-5 days per week), with a consistent working pattern is preferred. Training must be completed prior to Christmas (paid). Full driving license. Access to a car, shifts are based at service stations, so transportation is limited.
