Job Description

• Providing tailored information and advice to target audiences on a nationwide public campaign.
• Delivering key messages and background information in an engaging and enthusiastic way.
• Answering questions or addressing concerns raised by the target audience and members of the public.
• Being a source of information and advice whilst also directing people to where more information is available online.
• Capturing data from engagements undertaken on the tablets/laptops provided.
• Daily beginning and end-of-day reporting.

Pay: Earning potential £21K - £25K salary equivalent (pro rata) depending on roles and hours (subject to shift availability. Travel and expenses are available.

This is an exciting and topical campaign to be a part of and we are looking for individuals who are eager to work in a public facing role.

If you speak a second language, please highlight this upon application. As we are also look for multi-lingual staff to support on this campaign in specific roles. Polish & Romanian speakers are highly desirable.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proactive and engaging attitude. Able to articulate complex key messaging in clear, simple terms. 2 years’ work experience essential and further experience in a consumer-facing role is desired. Good availability (Ideally, 4-5 days per week), with a consistent working pattern is preferred. Training must be completed prior to Christmas (paid). Full driving license. Access to a car, shifts are based at service stations, so transportation is limited.
