Preparing a wide range of beverages at one time
Knowledge of the products we have to offer
Carrying food & drinks
Impeccable and friendly service
Understanding of the order of service
Cleanliness
Table set up
How to be in control of your section
Check backs on customers
Upselling products
Careful preparation of desserts and ice creams
Basic allergy and intolerance knowledge
Taking payments
Confident order taking
The use of computerized till systems
Politely answering the phone
Logging bookings on online booking system
Basic complaint handling
Alcohol and wine service
End of day cleaning duties
