• Preparing a wide range of beverages at one time
• Knowledge of the products we have to offer
• Carrying food & drinks
• Impeccable and friendly service
• Understanding of the order of service
• Cleanliness
• Table set up
• How to be in control of your section
• Check backs on customers
• Upselling products
• Careful preparation of desserts and ice creams
• Basic allergy and intolerance knowledge
• Taking payments
• Confident order taking
• The use of computerized till systems
• Politely answering the phone
• Logging bookings on online booking system
• Basic complaint handling
• Alcohol and wine service
• End of day cleaning duties
